PROFORMA INVOICE

The Proforma Invoice and the Research Proposal delivered by Markets & Data to the customer contain the project’s title, the research scope, and consideration value.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

The client must pay according to the terms specified in the proforma invoice/invoice. The client is responsible for paying any taxes that apply to the transaction. Payment failure will be regarded as a substantial violation of the contract. If the customer fails to pay the services fee by the due date, an interest rate of up to 18% per annum will be imposed starting from the due date of payment.

DELIVERY TIMELINE AND TERMS

Following the completion of the payment process, the research product or service will be delivered according to the agreed timelines. Typically, the published syndicate/off-the-shelf report is delivered between 5 and 25 working hours; post quality check and data update, if required. In the case of a custom report, the report will be delivered within the promised timeline as agreed with the client. The report and data are generally delivered to the client’s email address in PDF and Excel format respectively.
If the client chooses to purchase hard copies of the report, they must pay delivery expenses, which may vary depending on the client's location. Markets & Data accepts no responsibility if the report document is not in good shape when collected or if products are damaged during transit.

LIABILITY

Our website caters to research professionals. We do not assume responsibility for any losses incurred, including but not limited to consequential losses, loss of business opportunities or projects, or loss of profits, arising from your use or inability to use the website or its contents. Similarly, any actions or omissions resulting from the use of this website are undertaken at your own risk. Please note that these terms do not exclude or limit our liability for personal injury.

CONFIDENTIALITY

The product(s) and services (s) must be used in accordance with the terms outlined in the License Terms (Confidential Information). In relation to the product(s), you are not permitted to copy, alter, adapt, publicize, disclose or otherwise part with possession of any Markets & Data information obtained as a result of the License Terms. This compliance may not apply to information that the person can prove that he/she has owned at the time it was acquired or obtained or the person has gained it from a third party with good legal standing.
